This Brussels outpost opened in 2023 and houses 198 bedrooms boasting a subtle ’70s groove but with better technology. The brutalist building, which is next to the Botanical Garden, was once the European HQ of IBM but now it’s a veritable fun palace, with South American cuisine and a fabulous rooftop bar.
