With his chic brasserie in the glass-paned pavilion at Schwarzenstein Castle, Nelson Müller has brought his gastronomical philosophy to the Rheingau. Enjoy the magnificent view as you sample fresh and classical Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of down-to-earthness: in addition to Breton bouillabaisse and Dombes duck breast, there is also veal bratwurst in curry sauce, for example.
