Shambala is an Asian restaurant of elegant and discreet atmosphere, with oriental references that never tip into excess. The gastronomic proposal ranges across Japan, Thailand and Vietnam, with meat, seafood and vegetarian options available both à la carte and as tasting menus. Among the specialities, an excellent Thai curry stands out alongside traditional preparations and others of fusion inspiration.
