What a great location right in front of the Eiger North Face! The fine dining restaurant of the chic boutique hotel (also called Glacier) makes the most of its surroundings with a floor-to-ceiling window front – and a wonderful terrace with a magical view. The dishes are based on select regional ingredients: you can either opt for the set menu or go à la carte, and sharing is also possible. The set menu is accompanied by harmonious wine pairings from the 320-year-old wine cellar, which is home to some 500 labels, over 200 of which are available by the glass. The enthusiastic sommelier provides astute recommendations.
