The friendly and enthusiastic team do a wonderful job of making your visit to this well-run, elegant-looking village restaurant a memorable experience. The charming, attentive service plays its part, as do the beautifully presented modern dishes. The technically accomplished cooking is underpinned by the chef's sourcing of prime British ingredients, shown off in dishes like Hereford beef with carrots and whiskey or the signature almond soufflé with Kentish honey.
