The atmosphere here is elegant, modern and minimalist – far from the idea of a traditional osteria, despite the name. Although particularly renowned for its raw fish and seafood options and dishes cooked over the charcoal grill, the restaurant also serves traditional regional specialities such as “cassopipa” and “broetto”, as well as classic Italian favourites such as warm steamed fish salad and fritto misto (mixed fried fish).
