The elegance of Chanel and Ducasse come together in the beige dining room. In charge of the kitchen is Kei Kojima, who visits the fields in Kamakura to get a feel for the seasons. He also incorporates a Japanese approach while following the path of ‘Ducasseism’, such as making use of the fragrance of charcoal.
