It’s a unique place, and a tale of two buildings: a palazzo-style heritage building whose rooms combine classic architecture with contemporary furniture, and an adjoining late-modernist structure whose interiors follow the exterior’s lead. Many of them face out to sea from private balconies; the best views are found on the rooftop, where there’s a swimming pool and a stylish bar, though the restaurant’s terrace mounts stiff competition.
