Terra Dominicata - Hotel & Winery
The merest glance inside reveals that this is a considerably swankier establishment than it would have been in its monastery days. The style is upscale modern elegance, and the rooms retain more than a little bit of rustic character, from the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors to the occasional original stone wall. Standard rooms are already on the large size, and are equipped with rain showers, espresso machines, while the suites add luxuries like freestanding tubs. There’s an outdoor pool, which takes full advantage of the impressive scenery, and modern-day Spain being what it is, there’s also a restaurant that serves a diverse menu of inventive fare, breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and, as the name implies, the estate’s wine is in plentiful supply.

My GF and I stayed in a suite for five days. The room is spacious and so well designed and decorated. The king bed was sooo comfy. The staff is just exquisite. They arranged a picnic in the vines for us(70EU) and it was perfect. The views of the surrounding hills and valleys are just WOW breath taking. We played petanque everyday at the apéro. The pool and terrace are just ideal and peaceful. The no kids policy is smart. It's a quiet place to retreat and relax...if only they could get rid of the flies and wasps...:)

The surroundings, the nature, the architecture, the decoration, the rooms, the service, and the food – overall, it's a fantastic getaway! Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
The hotel is very well designed. Great beds, great bathrooms. Our room had a small fireplace and a very comfortable sofa. The restaurant and the terrace are well appointed and the pool had good beds and a friendly bartender. We will most certainly return to this great place
