Claus Henriksen's restaurant is set in a listed, early 20C red-brick house in the Annebergparken. Set menus showcase the best hyper-seasonal Danish ingredients, including organic vegetables from Odsherred and seafood from the Ise Fjord. Combinations are original, and the beautifully presented dishes burst with flavour.
