This contemporary bistro, recently renovated but with over twenty years of history, is located on the outskirts of the capital in a green and peaceful area, offering a spacious outdoor area perfect for the warmer months. The cuisine highlights the local territory with classic recipes reinterpreted in a modern style, enriched by a Mediterranean touch, especially in the seafood offerings. The inspectors’ favorite dish: Shredded lamb, artichoke cream, cinnamon demi-glace, and baked radicchio.
