This restaurant set up in one wing of the castle, which was built between 1877 and 1880, has rightly proved to be a hit with diners. Its popularity is due both to the beautiful historical estate with its delightful terrace, and to the classic French cuisine, which ranges from Iberico pork chop with white bean stew and sauce pistou to œuf à la neige on a vanilla crème anglaise with caramel and almonds. The food is made with fresh top-notch ingredients, eschewing unnecessary frills in favour of full-bodied flavour. The penchant for France extends to the sophisticated wine list.
