Right in the heart of Soho is this charming Regency townhouse, offering intimate, formal dining spread that is rarely found in a fully vegan restaurant – yet it's just what Chef-Owner Alexis Gauthier has set out to achieve. His tasting menu combines original dishes – like kohlrabi with aubergine, kamalata olive, spring greens and confit lemon – with classical French touches such as Landes asparagus with morels and a rich, glossy sauce. The ‘Petit Dîner’ menu, served early evening and Saturday lunchtime, offers a shorter experience and good value.
