After years of moving around Dublin at festivals and pop-ups, the talented team behind allta finally have a permanent home in this spacious dockside building in a swish area of the city. The space is split into two parts: an industrial-chic cocktail bar complete with DJ and a separate dining room with an open kitchen where guests can sit at the counter. The cooking has a strong Irish base, with quality seafood from native blue lobster to day-boat sole making an appearance – if you're in a group, consider the sharing dishes.
