oma & enkel ("grandma and grandchild") is the culinary concept at this pleasingly laid-back bistro in the long-established Posthotel. The name symbolises a bridging of the gap between the traditional and the modern. Recipes of yesteryear are given a contemporary twist. Choose between the "Franconian tapas" menu and the tasting menu. Both have optional add-ons and vegetarian versions.
