This trendy and stylish restaurant occupies an old bridge structure on the premises of the Brückenbaron event venue. When you enter, you can take a peek into the glass-walled kitchen before being seated in the airy dining space. The large windows look out onto the landscaped grounds, complete with a watercourse and fountain. Gorgeous terrace. A creative seasonal set menu is proposed, with an emphasis on sustainability. The chefs come to your table personally to talk you through the dishes. Franconian wine list with organic, ecological and natural wineries.
