Jan Hartwig has fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant. Here he serves a fixed menu with seven courses, plus a few small bites. The dishes are precise and well thought-out down to the last detail, and each has its own distinct identity. The menu is available for lunch and dinner (in a shorter format at lunchtime). The design is sleek, chic and upscale; depending on where you sit, you can look through the open door or open pass into the kitchen, which they like to call the Labor der Liebe(“Laboratory of Love”). The committed and professional service team under the tutelage of maÎtre d’ Kilian Skalet and sommelier Jochen Benz also contributes to the harmonious atmosphere. The wine list includes specialities such as magnums, jeroboams and special vintages.
