You can compile your own set menu of up to six courses from a list of options or simply dine à la carte – the choice is yours. The food is prepared with refined restraint, focusing on the essence of the ingredients. The classic beech-smoked brown trout with sour cream, caviar and rye is undoubtedly a highlight of the menu.
