In contrast to the huge Emirates Palace hotel in which its located, this Indian restaurant occupies a surprisingly small and intimate space. Its eponymous chef has considerable experience around the world and the menu encompasses all his favourite dishes. The tasting menu is the best form of discovery. The enthusiasm of the service team is thoroughly infectious, and their recommendations are always worth heeding.
