In the very centre of the city sits this fine period house, whose exterior belies the industrial-style modernity that sits within. With several dining areas spread about the building, you can create a new experience every time you come, but meat-lovers should sit in the moody main room where the locally aged meats are on display. Choose from the tasting menu or an à la carte offering memorable dishes such as beetroot with blackcurrant, butter & dashi sauce, seaweed and pickled elderflowers or sea bream ceviche with pine nut milk gel, marinated turnips, jalapenos and coffee.
