The Farmers Circle is a wonderfully remote 1,730-acre working farm situated an hour’s drive outside Vilnius. At its centre is a beautifully restored barn, now home to the Red Brick restaurant, which, naturally, showcases produce grown and reared on their farm. The modern, hyper-seasonal tasting menu offers elegant snacks followed by the likes of skrei with chicken sauce, then maybe mint, sea buckthorn and carrots – along with condiments made using preservation methods such as quince ponzu and pea shoyu – all of which will tantalise your tastebuds. Bedrooms allow for an overnight stay.
