Presentation sparkles with colour here as the chef skilfully weaves in flowers and herbs and decorates his plates with sauces of vegetable and spices. Combo platters of appetisers, garnished with flowers, beguile the senses. Trying out a departure from normal French practice, meat dishes are stripped of garnishes. Prix fixe menus change monthly and the chef repeatedly updates his menus.
