This restaurant pays a genuine homage to the Algarve region through its name (from the town’s famous park) and the dishes featuring on the menu. Chef Rui Sequeira, who has returned to his native area having worked in prestigious restaurants elsewhere, creates innovative cuisine that combine modern technique and traditional roots. The tasting menu, entitled “Love beyond time: A journey through the tales of the Algarve”, tells a story from the region in every dish, and is complemented by dishes from the à la carte. The sophisticated and contemporary ambience also includes a charming glass-enclosed terrace on the street.
