Disciples of the Slow Food movement, Estelle and Andréas Baehr are passionate about showcasing premium, fresh, organic and sometimes local produce. Beautifully balanced and seamlessly crafted, the lunch and dinner set menus are a culinary masterclass that ticks all the boxes, as illustrated by the pollock with saffron-flavoured baby potatoes, cockles and rockfish soup emulsion. Good recommendations when it comes to natural wines.
