Tapestries recreate the canals of La Serenissima; Venetian glass and Carnevale masks variegate the interior. The northern penchant for butter influences the chef’s culinary stylings. Homemade pasta is cut thick, after the chef’s preference: the tagliolini is the product of a seasoned artisan.
