The Ristorante della Cerreta is open for dinner every day, serving just one single daily menu on which local specialities take pride of place.

"This restaurant is situated on a certified biodynamic farm which supplies 90% of the ingredients for its fresh, seasonal cuisine. Produce includes vegetables straight from the kitchen garden, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, Maremma beef, Cinta Senese pork and Livorno chickens, all raised on the farm, as well as wine from the estate’s vineyards. The result is an all-round sustainable approach that is communicated clearly and with passion."
