A fully-fledged homage to Hong Kong’s discotheque era, neon signs included, may not be to everyone’s taste, but Canton Disco somehow manages to pull it off with sophistication and little cheese factor. In addition to Cantonese menu staples such as dim sum, double-boiled soups, and sweet and sour pork, the experienced chef also puts on his creative hat for some novel items. The various set menus are great for larger parties.
