This marriage between Tocqueville and 15 East arrives courtesy of Executive Chef and Owner Marco Moreira. Glass-framed doors and potted plants welcome patrons to this contemporary retreat. It's a convivial place, so book ahead and expect a plethora of polished plates that can be enjoyed both inside or out—on the attractive patio.

From sushi and sashimi to some of the most delicious soba this side of the pond, they have it all.

A bowl of noodles may arrive crowned by top-grade ikura, uni, and caviar, all rich with umami. Then expect an irresistibly flavorful preparation of venison with smoked bacon, potato mousseline, and salsify. It would be a pity to skip dessert, so indulge in the gluten-free Mineoka tofu with milk sesame pudding and tomato husk compote.
