MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The chef, with his respect for classic cuisine, sets great store by the sauce. The pork with caramel-baked foie gras is a speciality to be savoured in all but the summer months. Much-awaited treats early every summer are the peach soup and the ayu confit. The gorgonzola cheesecake is another reason to visit. The tablecloth is spread, the Limoges crockery set out, the wine is fully stocked, and the customer graciously welcomed.
