The name of the restaurant is inspired by the expression ‘is this a dream or reality?” and embodies the desire for you to enjoy sake and good food to your heart’s content with a touch of enchantment. The sheer range of local sakes on offer can make choosing hard. Start with an appetiser and decoratively arranged sashimi with your first cup. The drinking snacks are varied too, from tofu preserved in miso and stew of beef tendon to Western items such as sweetfish confit and milt meunière. With such an array of appetisers, the sake slips down easily.
