Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Sarah Bohet and Michaël Vancraeynest are at the helm of this authentic farmhouse in the Ardennes. The chef consummately grills entrecôte steaks on an open log fire, which are then served with a velvety béarnaise sauce. He may also mix scallops with smoked game, flanked by an onion sauce, a compote of plums and a frothy espuma of pumpkin. This exuberant culinary lineup is further enhanced by the wine list painstakingly selected by Sarah. A hit since 2003!
