The lobby (6th floor) I s partial transformed in disco from 2PM to 2AM everyday. My room was located at the 7th. It was impossible to be silent. According to Google and trop advisor, this is a recurrent issue. I had to complain 3 times in 24 hours, once threatening to contact the police to have my room changed. The replacement room was at the Marriott and of an even lower standard than the Douglas. Furthermore, my room at the Douglas was tiny, the furniture and decoration were of mediocre quality and the room service was very poor. The wardrobe is inadequate for 2 people. In short, the facilities are far below those shown in the photos. Finally, the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of crack smokers. This hotel is very disappointing and shouldn't be listed by tablet.
