Need to Know

• Casa Legado only accepts guests 7 years old and over.
• Casa Legado accepts dogs with some restrictions.
• The hotel does not have a 24 front desk and hosts are only available until 10pm. If you plan to arrive later than 10pm please arrange in advance.
• Guests are allowed up to two visitors at a time. If they want to receive a larger party, they must inform the hosts to book a specific space in the house.
• Visitors are always welcome but, for security reasons only registered guests and visitors will be allowed in the rooms. Any guest must be registered before 10 pm. No unregistered visitors allowed after 10 pm. Only one additional guest is allowed to stay overnight during your stay. External visitors’ daily rate of consumption: $US 30. No minor visitors are allowed. Only 2 visitors per room.
• Guests must provide the physical credit card of the reservation holder for hotel records; in case the guest is not the cardholder please contact us for information regarding the process to follow.
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel´s property.
• Hotel insurance has a cost of $COP 9.000 per person/night and it will be charged unless otherwise stated.
• This hotel has a smoke free policy throughout all public areas along with all bedrooms, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
• If any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Manager, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest or the guest may be asked to leave the hotel.
• The Double Standard room features 4 different and unique rooms which guests may be assigned through availability.
• The Double Superior room features 3 different and unique rooms which guests may be assigned through availability.
