It is clear that this restaurant, with its rustic atmosphere in the heart of the Gràcia neighbourhood, has found favour with the general public, who are always eager to try a technical and daring proposal that can blow our taste buds away. The couple at the helm, with Yordi Martínez as chef and Lara Cerlini as sommelier and maitre d', focuses all their work around a single 15-course tasting menu that combines tradition and modernity, always closing the meals in style with a sweet treat (we loved their dessert, with different textures of olive oil). Fun fact: The chef, who usually stops by the tables to explain some of the dishes, always wears a cap as a tribute to his grandfather Antolín.
