It can get very hot in Valence! Designed by Louis Chabran, this restaurant, which serves South American cuisine prepared by bona fide Latin-American chefs, is just the ticket. As you might expect, the menu proposes tapas (pimientos, tacos de pollo, croquetas de chorizo) to whet the appetite, followed by sea bass ceviche with roasted apricot, red onion and dill, then octopus accompanied by chimichurri sauce and aubergine caviar infused with coconut milk.
