Kkala Hotel Boutique
Kkala’s exterior evokes an Andalucian manor, with its Spanish tile roof, stucco walls, and stone pathways. Inside, however, the Argentine influence asserts itself, in the form of striking red wall hangings with an indigenous flair and an abundance of local handmade crafts that haunt the rustic wooden furnishings. The ten rooms vary in size, with all but two offering the unforgettable luxury of a personal jacuzzi set into a deck-style hardwood floor, next to an enormous window overlooking the edge of Salta where the city meets the hills. We can imagine plenty of guests spending a little too long in their tubs, emerging pickled and sheepish after skipping the day’s sightseeing entirely.
The guest experience at Kkala includes breakfast, of course, delivered right to your door, unless you’d prefer to enjoy it in the sun-splashed solarium. And unlike some skimpier, over-literal interpretations of “bed and breakfast,” Kkala provides a more complete package, including an outdoor garden, pool, and library. Dinner can be prepared upon request, though an abundance of nearby restaurants means you’re never short of options.
Please note: Kkala Hotel Boutique can only accommodate guests over the age of 10.
