The first Soho House outside of central London opened in the early years of the new millennium, when Manhattan’s nightlife-focused Meatpacking District still felt forbiddingly wild, and when the idea of a London-style members’ club felt intimidatingly Victorian. And in all of them you’ll find the kind of unforced conviviality and welcoming friendliness that New Yorkers would — and do — pay money to experience.

All that and a proper luxury boutique hotel room too. The style puts a fresh spin on classic downtown Manhattan loft living, with a generous helping of Soho House’s signature eclectic warmth. You’ll find all the ordinary hotel comforts plus a bit of advanced beauty technology in the form of the House’s own skincare line. These rooms would be worth a stay even without the associated club benefits; that they’re a package deal makes them quite frankly an excellent value.
