This restaurant, just a few metres from Praça Marquês de Pombal, might slip under the radar thanks to its small and discreet entrance; however, it surprises visitors with a carefully designed bistro-style interior, subtle lighting, and design touches that bring nature to mind (branches, trunks, roots, beautiful plant-inspired lamps...). At the helm, Chef Guilherme Sousa champions Portuguese cuisine, not without international twists, expressed through two surprise tasting menus (5 or 8 Courses), both with vegetarian options.
