Not far from Honfleur and the boardwalk at Deauville, Les Manoirs de Tourgéville is a Norman classic, if an unusual one — the half-timbered main building is traditional enough, but the four “manoirs,” however conventional their interiors, are perfect circles. The rooms and suites vary in size and plan, but in style they’re a contemporary update of a classic French country-house aesthetic. There’s an extensive spa and wellness program, as well as a 50-seat cinema, and the restaurant, 1899, serves a modern interpretation of classic Norman flavors, with many dishes crafted from ingredients grown on site.
