Commonly known as just Busanjip, this popular eatery has always bustled with customers waiting to get in. Unlike the broth‑based, sweeter Seoul version, Eonyang bulgogi is grilled on a gridiron or over a fire, with the savoury taste of Korean beef sirloin enhanced by a refreshing acidic sauce.
