MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Kinoshita is one of the most prestigious restaurants in São Paulo as well as one of the first to serve authentic Kappo cuisine—thereby bringing the true essence of Japanese gastronomy to Brazilian palates. The excellent Washoku dishes are perfectly balanced, impeccably presented and made from seasonal ingredients.
