MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
In the heart of Périgord Blanc, this traditional stone-built house has an attractive contemporary restaurant within its walls: a gleaming open kitchen, ochre walls, polished concrete floor and a magnificent oak tree trunk that creates a focal point in the middle of the tables. Louis Festa, a young chef with a great track record, has devised a single surprise set menu (which can be tailored to suit your appetite) out of ambitious and spontaneous dishes inspired by the season: Le Puy green lentils prepared three ways, Blonde d'Aquitaine sirloin steak on the Japanese barbecue.
