Situated in a building with a striking appearance (the Uruguay Pavilion at Expo 2015), this restaurant boasts stunning views of the mountains in the distance. Inside, the large dining room acts as a backdrop for South American cuisine with a focus on grilled meat dishes and a barbecue grill in full view of guests. Sourced from recognised and certified Uruguayan farms, the meat here is subject to rigorous controls throughout the supply chain. The “parillero”, the chef at the barbecue grill, uses all his skills to enhance the flavours of the top-quality meat and maintain its tender texture. The wine cellar is dominated by Uruguayan and Italian wines, as well as beers and typical liqueurs, offering the perfect accompaniment for every dish.
