The rooms are stunning, with hot pink accents against a monochrome Art Deco–inspired backdrop. And the food and beverage outlets, naturally, are particular strengths, from the Salon de Thé and the on-site patisserie to the Grand Café restaurant and, remarkably enough, the first-ever Fauchon Spa.
