Every room and suite overlooks the majestic mountain range and comes dressed in a modern Alpine style with classic wood paneled walls paired with contemporary furnishings. Deluxe rooms and above also come with the added bonus of a balcony or terrace. The restaurant serves Italian favorites that highlight local produce and, more unusually, a hard-to-find vegan menu, and outside there’s a bar and lounge for al fresco drinks. The spa may well be the highlight, featuring a 12m indoor pool with fantastic views of the Dolomites — best admired from the outdoor sauna.
