Hacienda Vison Hotel
One lovely addition is the central kitchen, which replaces the usual hotel restaurant and where guests can gather to watch a local chef in action, or get hands-on themselves with a cooking class. The hotel sits surrounded by its own flower and vegetable garden, and there’s no shortage of things to do nearby, from visiting the Ise Jingu Shrine to walking the ancient pilgrimage routes known as Kumano Kodo.
