A family-run restaurant named after a thermal wind from the southwest that blows across the whole of the Levante region. The owner-chef, who has taken over the reins following the retirement of his parents, is closely involved with the collective of “Cuina Vallès” chefs, and their straightforward approach to traditional Catalan cuisine.
