This elegant restaurant in the historical setting of the Renaissance Château Sainte-Sabine stands out on account of its refined cuisine. Arctic char from the Cévennes accompanied by crayfish and a shellfish sauce; Bresse chicken with green asparagus – these are just two of the wonderful specialities cooked up by chef Benjamin Linard, who has worked at some top restaurants.
