Two Stars: Excellent cooking
Andreas Caminada is the man behind this fabulous venture in the Marktgasse Hotel. In a high-ceilinged space with small glass-topped tables and striking blue curtains, diners are served a set menu designed for sharing. A superb selection of wines is available. Then there is the first-class service provided by the charming and accomplished front-of-house team. Our tip: Try an espresso from the house roastery in Fürstenau.
