This restaurant in the hotel of the same name stands within a medieval castle complex on top of the mountain – the view couldn't be more beautiful! The stylish decor is a winning combination of modern design and historical charm. Drawing on classic influences, the cuisine takes its cue from the changing seasons and is made with fresh produce sourced from Switzerland and the region – be sure to try the porcini in season or their novel pasta dishes such as "tagliolini, white truffle, pecorino foam". Choose à la carte Tue-Thu; on Fri and Sat, there is a fine dining menu. The service is friendly and professional. N.B. Due to the location in a reduced-traffic zone, you will need to park a few minutes' walk away – the hotel also provides a shuttle service, to be booked in advance.
